A Property Manager is assigned to work directly with each of our clients and is responsible for directing a seamless flow of activities within the Hogan & Vest system. The Property Manager coordinates all communication and information between Hogan & Vest, the on-site property staff, and our clients.

When not properly addressed, these violations can result in fines, liens, and increased liability to the landlord. Upon transition of property, Hogan & Vest’s Risk Manager will conduct a thorough inspection to identify any deficiencies in code compliance. We work in tandem with city and state agencies to clear all violations by meeting or exceeding the requirements established by various local, state and federal agencies. Our compliance efforts ensure the safety of tenants and proactively protect your investment.
