We have several bedrooms of different sizes available in our 40 unit building in the heart of the Mission. We're all on one floor with a brand new stainless steel kitchen, co-working office, media room, and outdoor courtyard. Furnished/unfurnished or single/double occupancy is the same rate. Current rates are $1595/mo for a 12 month lease (and we are currently offering a bonus free 13th month for any 12 mo leases) plus a maximum cap of $75/mo for utilities, or $1650/mo for 3-6 month short term lease plus max $75/mo utilities. This also includes common area cleaning 5x/week, fiber internet, etc.
